We are looking for an experienced candidate to help develop and manage Altisource’s growing Consumer Analytics consulting organization. This is an opportunity to take a lead role in guiding the strategy of this team, developing the core consulting methodologies for a new industry, building a world-class client team, and building an
innovative, results-driven consulting practice.
Opportunity:
This position reports to the Director, Strategy & Analytics and has a central role on a dedicated team of strategists with interaction and visibility with senior executives of the company and its strategic clients. Preferred candidates will have management experience in economic modeling or consumer behavior-focused consulting firms.
Responsibilities will include:
Being a member of a cross-functional team of econometricians, psychologists, market researchers, strategy consultants and data analysts to deliver business insights and outstanding client results
Working with internal and external clients to produce deliverables that focus on consumer decision-making models, customer segmentation strategy analyses, psychologically-optimized customer interactions, experimental tests and client communications that clearly and concisely synthesize results Key Result Areas:
Manage at least one significant client engagement across a wide range of initiatives and projects relating to consumer analytics
Be responsible for all planning, project management and presentations for at least one major client
Serve as the liason between technical resources in the Research Services group and client stakeholders
Be the thought leader for proactively defining client requirements
Assist with developing and documenting best practices, consulting methodologies, knowledge-bases and project toolkits
Develop client project management methodologies including project scoping documents, objective setting, results measurement and client communications
