WHERE THE POSITION IS LOCATED: 
•    Denver, CO

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
•    Work with the CSG Data Management team, business and technical SMEs to define and document the following for Plan, Participant, and Transaction data elements within the Client Services Group that are maintained within the Institutional applications. 
•    Analyze Data Elements including interviewing resources (OPS, IT, Etc.) 
•    Produce documentation based on interviews and research
•    Identifying potential Data Governance gaps
•    Write efficient and effective data control logic based on understanding of data governance gaps
•    Present documentation at the approval tollgates for the data definitions, metadata, and controls

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
•    Relevant professional experience and experience working in Financial Services preferably in retirement services
•    Previous Technical Analyst or Business Analyst experience
•    Proven ability to profile data 
•    Strong oral/written communication and analytical skills
•    Experience/proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access (queries and reporting) 
•    Ability to work independently and make decisions to drive assigned tasks to closure
•    Ability to work in an environment with many unknown factors 
•    Ability to interview SMEs and translate conversation into workflows, requirements, etc.
•    Efficient in analyzing large Data Sets
•    Experience/proficiency with SQL queries 
•    Understanding of the various business lines that are supported in the Client Services Group (CSG) and beyond – including client contact centers, and/or institutional retirement recordkeeping.
•    Experience with OMNI / OMNI Script preferred
